You must plan on participating in all eight events.

Fees & Monies

There are two fees:

  • The Event Fee is a direct result of the hard costs required to do this whole thing, and is the same for everyone: $300*
  • The Village Fee ($225-$500) depends on your room selection, Shared, Semi-Private, or Private.

*This fee is subject to change pending explanations below in the Registration section.

    Priority Registration

    • September 6 - November 6
    • Event Fee: $300

    Normal Registration

    • November 7 - December 6
    • Event Fee: $325

    Late Registration

    • December 7 - January 6
    • Event Fee: $350

    Last-Chance Registration

    • January 7 - February 6
    • Event Fee: $400

    • After 29 days of invitation date but no later than February 6
    • Event Fee: $400
2025 Event Registration

Registration Levels & Payments

Associates - Participated in 2+ past Games

Candidates - Participated in only one previous Games

Rookies - Never participated/first-timer

ER'BODY:

  • Must pay $100 within 5-days of submitting Registration to confirm your spot.
  • Will receive a one-time Venmo request (with no additional fees) if no payment is received within 5-days.
  • Will be charged a $10 Annoyance Fee per additional Venmo request. (Annoyance Fees are not applied to your overall balance, but instead go exclusively to the Lunch Money fund of Warren Hallmark).
  • Your entire balance must be paid in-full no later than February 20.
